The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business processes, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of leveraging data to inform and guide business strategy. This leadership role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, strategy planning capabilities, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.<br><br>The ideal candidate possesses expert-level financial acumen and has practical experience in fund accounting and financial analysis. This experience will serve as the basis for leading the financial planning and analytics of the Office of the Dean and driving data-based decision-making. The main effort will be to continue to build upon the current data systems and work to lead efforts to identify areas to leverage pre-existing, vetted data, and future data points – yet to be identified - to enhance business and financial operations across the School of Medicine in partnership with Sr. Leaders within the School of Medicine Dean’s Office.
