What You’ll Do • Prepare and file a variety of business immigration petitions, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, EB-1, EB-2 NIW green cards. • Draft forms, letters, and persuasive supporting documentation. • Serve as a key point of contact for clients — keep them informed, reassured, and on track. • Organize, track, and manage multiple case files with precision. • Conduct legal and factual research to strengthen cases. • Work closely with attorneys to deliver outstanding results on tight timelines.
