Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure the successful execution of all projects within the People Operations team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, providing proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
