Join us in igniting potential and making a lasting impact in the fitness and wellness industry.</span></p> <p> </p><p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>As a Business Process Manager (BPM) you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness across NASM and will be responsible for leading complex business process evaluation and assessment projects across NASM. In this role you will lead early upfront business process assessment and in-progress efforts, identifying areas of improvement and proposing recommendations to address the challenges identified. You will leverage different improvement methodologies to resolve and lead the project execution or transition to a project manager. As a BPM, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHERE YOU’LL WORK</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Gilbert, AZ office location. Remote will be considered within the United States.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to identify areas for process improvement</li> <li>Partner with the Technology team to develop and maintain a systems roadmap that supports process optimization and long‑term scalability.</li> <li>Lead and support process improvement projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring, with an emphasis on lead‑to‑cash processes.</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to streamline and optimize business processes</li> <li>Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and develop solutions</li> <li>Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for improvement</li> <li>Develop and deliver training materials to educate stakeholders on new processes and systems</li> <li>Stay up to date with industry’s best practices and trends in process improvement methodologies</li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for process improvement initiatives</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive process improvement efforts Regularly communicate process improvement updates and results to senior management</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL NEED</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul type="disc"> <li>5+ years of process improvement or related experience</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
