Business Product Management Specialist (eWallet & Digital Products)

About The Team The role is responsible for end-to-end management of eWallet & Digital Product features, from conceptualisation, design, and roadmap planning to enhancement, rollout, and post-deployment monitoring.

Job Description

  • Lead product roadmap planning and execution, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency in product management processes aligned to business strategy.
  • Coordinate with business and regional product teams in Singapore and Shenzhen to analyse and evaluate feature requests, ensuring alignment and feasibility for accurate and comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) deliverables: Review test cases based on business requirements, plan test schedules and resources, coordinate execution, track progress, escalate risks, and ensure clear documentation and timely resolution of defects.
  • Work with Regional and Local cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery, from development through deployment.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct briefings for impacted business units.
  • Respond to system queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in collaboration with development and product teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of product management experience in financial services or related tech industries.
  • Proven ability to launch and manage product features in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and technical concepts.
  • Proficient in English and Malay (written and spoken); Chinese is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, critical thinker with a growth mindset and strong team spirit.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
