In this role, you will partner with business, technology, and delivery teams to analyze needs, improve processes, and help deliver solutions aligned to enterprise strategy and Agile delivery practices.<br><br>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and supporting initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business value.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Support multiple projects/phases, aligning work to business objectives</li><li>Analyze processes and requirements to identify effective solutions</li><li>Collaborate with Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders in Agile delivery</li><li>Create and maintain key artifacts (features, user stories, acceptance criteria)</li><li>Manage risks/issues, support operational readiness, and ensure audit/compliance standards<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience </li><li> 4–5 years of relevant experience supporting business or technology initiatives, preferably in an Agile environment </li><li> Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills </li><li> Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams </li><li> Experience documenting business requirements, processes, or solution designs <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience supporting software development or business process transformation initiatives </li><li> Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and tools </li><li> Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment <br><br><br></li></ul>At MetLife, we're leading the global transformation of an industry we've long defined. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
