Call Center Agent

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and assistance. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette and the ability to analyze customer needs effectively.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 12:00PM to 9PM ( Flexibility to some extent)

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and service over phone, live chat, and email
  • Create and maintain customer accounts
  • Inform customers about sale promotions, programs, warranties, or terms of sale
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer need to ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Receive incoming calls and make outbound calls
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Other tasks as assigned

Qualification for this position:

  • Previous working experience as a Customer Service Representative for 1-2 year
  • Ability to serve a constant stream of customers at all times of day and evening
  • Ability to deal with angry or frustrated customers, or customers who may not fully understand their situation
  • Ability to deal with people in an uplifting manner
  • Ability to solve customer problems
  • Ability to be a quick thinker, research and troubleshoot
  • Ability to meet required goals
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 to 50 lbs.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
