Luxury Bath of Richmond is looking for a Call Center Representative for our Fredericksburg, VA market and surrounding areas to join our winning team. Join a team of professionals, earn a strong income, and make a positive impact by helping homeowners improve their homes.

General Purpose

Strong customer service skills are a must. You will contact homeowners by telephone, set up qualified appointments for free consultations, input lead information, update reports, and handle inbound calls from advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners
  • Adjust scripts to meet the needs of individual customers
  • Handle homeowner questions and overcome objections
  • Collect and verify homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.)
  • Schedule appointments over the phone
  • Input appointment details into the system accurately
  • Record important details from conversations
  • Confirm appointments set by canvassers or sales representatives
  • Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
  • Conduct quality control calls
  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners responding to ads
  • Follow up with homeowners after initial contact
  • Maintain and update lead information and reports

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus
  • Experience in telemarketing, call center, sales, or promotions preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Product knowledge will be provided through training
