You will monitor campaign performance daily, make optimization decisions to keep cost-per-lead in check, and execute creative testing to continuously improve results across the portfolio.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-volume, high-accountability role. You will be managing a large number of accounts simultaneously and will be expected to know what is happening in each one. You will also communicate directly with the CS team and, when needed, with clients on performance-related matters.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Portfolio Management </em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor and manage a portfolio of Facebook and Instagram advertising accounts for healthcare provider clients</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review 100% of assigned accounts a minimum of 3 times per week and take action on any account showing signs of underperformance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep cost-per-lead (CPL) in check across the portfolio - any account with a CPL above $30 over the last 7 days must be reviewed and actioned within 24 hours</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make timely optimization decisions: rotate creatives, modify audiences, update targeting, and restructure ad sets where needed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor pixel tracking and conversion events to ensure data is recording correctly across all accounts</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Creative testing </em></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute a minimum of 2 structured creative tests per month across the portfolio</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Test variables including ad creative, copy, and audience targeting with the goal of reducing CPL, improving conversion rates, and improving overall performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track test results in the designated tracking sheet and report findings at the weekly team check-in</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring forward new testing ideas proactively -
