CAVC Squad Leader

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold">Position Summary</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">Berry Law is seeking a highly skilled and driven attorney to serve as CAVC Squad Leader, leading the firm’s federal appellate practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). This role combines hands-on appellate advocacy with leadership responsibilities, overseeing a team of appellate practitioners while remaining deeply involved in complex legal work.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">The CAVC Squad Leader will manage appeals from assignment through resolution, mentor and develop team members, maintain the highest standards of appellate advocacy, and collaborate closely with administrative practice teams to strengthen case development and appellate outcomes.</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt">This is a high-impact leadership role for an attorney who thrives in appellate litigation, enjoys developing others, and is passionate about advocating for Veterans.</span></p> <p><br><br></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;
