Pay Details

  • Average weekly pay $1,540 - $1,890 (gross)
  • $0.70 cpm (all miles)
  • $0.82 cpm on loaded back-haul miles 
  • Average yearly $80,080-$115,000 (gross)
  • Paid weekly direct deposit
  • Paid orientation training

Schedule

  • Most routes are dedicated out-and-back runs
  • Occasionally out for 2-3 days at a time
  • Majority of loads are dispatched Monday-Friday
  • Some weekend work may be required based on business needs
  • Average one way miles range from 220-1,000 miles
  • Expect to work 11-14 hrs per day
  • Weekly mileage averages 2,200-2,700 miles

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
  • 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer experience
  • Tanker & Hazmat endorsements required
  • 6 months tanker experience required
  • Pass Trimac safety assessment
  • Passport required (must be eligible to obtain, and may be acquired after hire)
  • TWIC Card required (must be eligible to obtain, and may be acquired after hire)
Past 7 years without:
  • Driving violation involving the consumption of illegal or intoxicating substances
  • A preventable rollover or fatality crash
Past 3 years without:
  • License suspensions involving drug and/or alcohol, or a record that would indicate a disregard for public safety
  • A major preventable accident
  • Two or more moving convictions
