Job Summary

Coca-Cola Beverages is seeking a dependable and professional CDL Class A Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our products to retail, foodservice, and wholesale customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle to deliver beverages and related products to designated customers.
  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Load, unload, and organize products on the truck, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery, invoices, and customer receipts.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safe operating conditions.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
  • Promote Coca-Cola products and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service.
  • Report any vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or incidents promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to safely operate large commercial trucks with manual or automatic transmissions.
  • Strong knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
  • Basic math skills for handling deliveries and product inventory.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs safely.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Class A CDL driver preferred.
  • Experience in beverage delivery, foodservice distribution, or similar logistics/transportation roles is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically 40–50 hours per week.
  • Early morning or late evening shifts may be required depending on delivery schedules.
  • Occasional weekend or holiday work may be necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of safe driving practices and DOT regulations.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight delivery schedules.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
  • Familiarity with GPS and route planning software is a plus.
