You’ll guide them through the intake process with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from the initial inquiry to onboarding.</p> <p> </p> <p>Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, managing incoming leads, conducting intake calls, and performing administrative tasks such as insurance verification.</p> <p> </p> <p>Proud Moments ABA is a behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. Proud Moments is a haven of knowledge and expertise for parents of children diagnosed on the autism spectrum. We offer expert treatment, innovative techniques, and compassionate, child-centered care.</p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>As a Central Intake Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding families through the intake process and supporting timely access to care across multiple geographic areas.
