Job Summary

United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living Facilities team. In this role, you will provide essential daily care and support to residents, helping them maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Monitor residents physical and emotional well-being and promptly report changes to nursing staff

  • Take and record vital signs accurately as required

  • Support residents during meals, including feeding assistance when necessary

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents

  • Assist nurses and healthcare professionals with routine care procedures

  • Follow individualized care plans and facility policies at all times

  • Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to residents and their families

  • Adhere strictly to infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge of resident care practices and safety procedures

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team

  • Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and transfers

Experience

  • Previous experience working in an assisted living facility, nursing home, or healthcare setting is preferred

Working Hours
