You will bring advanced CET expertise with a primary focus on coaching and training other specialists on CET best practices. Applicants should have exceptional attention to detail, experience training and excellent communication skills that can be tailored to different audiences with a goal-orientated approach to design and instruction. The ideal candidate also brings a strong understanding of early learning and K–12 standards and curricula.</p><p><strong>A day on the job looks like this:</strong></p><p><strong>Collaboration & Training</strong></p><ul><li>Providing guidance and training to team members on CET Designer software use</li><li>Identifying and resolving basic CET software issues, escalating as needed</li><li>Incorporating feedback from clients and internal stakeholders while maintaining design intent and quality</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation & Specifications</strong></p><ul><li>Creating structured, engaging CET learning experiences covering topics such as contract furnishing, space planning and product specification</li><li>Maintaining and updating CET catalogs, pricing data and product information</li><li>Organizing, maintaining and revising CAD and CET project files in accordance with company standards</li></ul><p><strong>Design & Space Planning</strong></p><ul><li>Developing space plans, furniture layouts and typicals using industry-standard software such as CET Designer, AutoCAD, Revit or similar tools</li><li>Creating photorealistic renderings and client-facing presentations to effectively communicate design concepts</li><li>Stylizing and elevating renderings to support department standards and visual quality</li></ul><p><strong>Project & Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations</li><li>Staying current on CET best practices to support continuous improvement</li><li>Providing CET-related technical support as needed</li></ul></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div><p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"></p><h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2></div><div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><p><strong>Got the skills and experience? For employees residing outside of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, pay is based on national market.</p><p>For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $29.57-$39.90 depending on relevant experience & skillset.</p><p>This range is indicative of projected hiring range.
