Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Chat Support Agent to join our remote customer service team. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital channels.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer queries.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
