Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a professional and customer-focused Check-in Agent to join our dynamic airport operations team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in experience for passengers traveling on both domestic and international flights. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Greet passengers warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
Verify travel documents, including passports, visas, and tickets.
Issue boarding passes and baggage tags in accordance with airline policies.
Manage seat assignments and accommodate special requests where possible.
Ensure compliance with security, safety, and airline regulations.
Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and provide accurate information.
Coordinate with ground staff, security, and boarding gate teams.
Assist passengers with special needs, including elderly and disabled travelers.
Monitor baggage limits and process excess baggage fees if applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in hospitality or aviation is an advantage).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

Experience
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airline operations is preferred.
