About the Project.

IQ Cash LLC is developing Trivia4Cash, an innovative skill-based trivia platform with real cash rewards,We hold an utility patent and is designed to disrupt the online gaming industry in the U.S. and scale globally, which is one of the largest markets in the world.

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join as a founding member and lead the full technical development of the platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technology strategy
  • Design and oversee a scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture
  • Build and lead the development team
  • Oversee the development of the app, backend, and infrastructure (AWS preferred)
  • Implement payment systems, security, and fraud prevention

Compensation Structure

Pre-funding stage:

  • No initial salary (equity only)

After securing funding:

  • Start of financial compensation (salary) after launch.
  • Co-founder level equity
  • Competitive executive salary $150.000 USD starting.
  • Full benefits package
  • Long-term growth potential tied to the company’s success

  • Proven experience as a CTO or senior technology leader
  • Background in startups, fintech, gaming, or scalable platforms
  • Strong leadership, execution, and system architecture skills

  • Current stage: Business plan and fundraising phase
  • Post-funding: ~6 months of development until MVP launch
