You’ll leverage cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate system setup across benefits, eligibility, ID cards, and billing while partnering with internal teams, clients, and brokers.</p><p></p><p><b><u>What you’ll do: </u></b></p><ul><li><p>Manage end-to-end account installation for an assigned Select Segment book of business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery</p></li><li><p>Lead cross-functional implementation, coordinating SMEs to drive effective team collaboration</p></li><li><p>Partner with Sales, clients, and brokers to gather required documentation and present implementation plans for new and renewing business</p></li><li><p>Facilitate installation meetings to align client plan intent and oversee end-to-end setup, including system build, readiness, eligibility, ID cards, and billing.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the central liaison across teams, aligning processes, introducing technical experts to clients, and driving seamless implementation</p></li><li><p>Coordinate ePro/CIT tools, benefit documentation, and structure with the Work Order team, ensuring accurate and consistent setup aligned to plan design intent</p></li><li><p>Identify and resolve implementation issues across process, plan design, and timelines, ensuring full ownership through completion.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What you’ll need to do the job:</u></b></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or GED - required; bachelor’s degree - preferred</p></li><li><p>2+ years of healthcare background/benefits knowledge - <span>required</span></p></li><li><p>2+ years of client-facing experience in account management, client services, or sales – Preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills to effectively solve complex issues to resolution <span>- Required</span> </p></li><li><p>Demonstrated interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, align multiple stakeholders, and deliver effective client solutions <span>- Required</span></p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong technical and navigational skills <span>- Required</span></p></li><li><p>Self-motivated and driven, with strong initiative to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment - <span>Required</span></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with multiple Cigna systems (<i>e.g., ePro, CIT, Vista, Facets, CDB</i>) - <span>Highly Preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Experience applying project management skills to manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables - <span>Preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Adept at building cross-functional partnerships and communicating effectively across all matrix levels to align stakeholders with mutually beneficial solutions <span>- Highly preferred</span></p></li><li><p>Ability to travel up to 10% travel, as needed – <span>Required</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,600 - 94,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.<br><p>This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.</p><br><p>At The Cigna Group, you’ll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, with a focus on supporting your whole health.
