Client Delivery Manager

<p><u><b>Job Description:</b></u></p>The Client Delivery Manager I is responsible for managing delivery execution for assigned clients, including upgrades, purchased solutions, and ancillary delivery initiatives. This role develops and maintains delivery plans, coordinates cross-functional resources, tracks delivery progress, communicates status, and manages risks or issues to support timely, consistent, and contractually aligned delivery outcomes.<p></p><p></p><ul><li>Manage delivery execution for assigned clients and delivery initiatives, including upgrades, purchased solutions, and ancillary work.</li><li>Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, task tracking, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for day-to-day execution activities related to assigned initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional resources to support delivery milestones, manage dependencies, and maintain delivery timelines.</li><li>Track progress against delivery plans and identify risks, issues, dependencies, or deviations that may impact delivery commitments.</li><li>Manage delivery risks and issues, escalating more complex matters when appropriate.</li><li>Provide regular delivery status updates to internal stakeholders and client-facing teams, including progress, risks, issues, and next steps.</li><li>Partner with other client-facing teams to support delivery-related communications and execution activities.</li><li>Participate in delivery reviews and support continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and documentation.</li><li>Ensure assigned delivery activities align with contractual commitments, scope, timelines, and established delivery processes.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery documentation, reporting, and records for assigned initiatives.</li><li>Use delivery systems, tools, and available analytics, including AI-enabled capabilities where applicable, to identify risks, trends, dependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery execution.</li><li>Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Education Required:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.</li><li>Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Experience Required:</h2><ul><li>5+ years of experience in project management, client delivery, implementation, service operations, or a related field.</li><li>Experience managing moderate to complex delivery initiatives, client-facing work, or cross-functional execution activities.</li></ul><p></p><h2><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">License/Certification</span> Required:</h2><ul><li>PMP preferred.</li></ul><p></p><h2>Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:</h2><ul><li>Knowledge of: Project management methodologies and delivery execution practices. Client delivery, implementation, or service operations environments. Delivery planning, status reporting, risk management, and contractual commitment principles.</li><li>Skill in: Developing delivery plans, timelines, documentation, and reporting updates. Coordinating cross-functional resources and managing delivery dependencies. Communicating delivery status, risks, issues, and next steps to stakeholders. Using delivery tools and systems to support execution, tracking, and <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">decision-making. </span></li><li>Ability to: Manage multiple assigned client delivery initiatives, priorities, and commitments simultaneously.
