CloudPro is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cloud Support Intern with a passion for cloud computing and emerging technologies. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud environments across AWS and Microsoft Azure platforms. As a Cloud Support Intern, you will gain practical exposure to cloud architecture, deployment, monitoring, and incident management, preparing you for a career in cloud engineering, DevOps, or IT support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
  • Monitor cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services, virtual machines, storage, and networking.
  • Support deployment and automation tasks using cloud-native tools and scripts.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and incident reports for internal knowledge sharing.
