This role ensures the system is fully optimized to support maintenance, reliability, asset management, and operational performance. The role includes leadership of Maintenance Planners and oversight of all CMMS processes.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>• Own and manage the CMMS platform and program lifecycle<br>• Develop and enforce CMMS governance standards and workflows<br>• Establish asset hierarchies, naming conventions, and system structure<br>• Lead and manage Maintenance Planners<br>• Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance work<br>• Ensure work order quality, backlog management, and schedule compliance<br>• Build and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs<br>• Maintain asset, BOM, and spare parts data integrity<br>• Develop reporting dashboards and KPIs<br>• Support commissioning and asset onboarding<br>• Train and support CMMS users across the site<br>• Coordinate with IT and vendors on system improvements</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>• 5–8+ years CMMS or maintenance planning experience<br>• Experience managing CMMS/EAM platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, etc.)<br>• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments<br>• Leadership experience managing teams (planners preferred)<br>• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>• Experience building CMMS programs from the ground up<br>• Knowledge of reliability engineering (RCM, FMEA)<br>• Experience with capital projects and commissioning<br>• Experience with inventory/MRO within CMMS<br>• Technical degree preferred</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Skills & Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>• Leadership and team management<br>• Process standardization and workflow design<br>• Advanced CMMS system knowledge<br>• Data analytics and KPI tracking<br>• Strong communication and collaboration<br>• High attention to detail</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Manufacturing environment with a mix of office-based system management and field interaction.
