Job Summary

United Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing facility teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and daily care activities accurately

  • Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs as directed

  • Support nurses with clinical tasks and respond promptly to patient requests

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in compliance with facility standards

  • Observe and report changes in residents physical or emotional conditions to the nursing team

  • Follow infection control, safety, and privacy policies at all times

  • Offer emotional support and compassionate interaction to residents and their families

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge of patient care principles and safety procedures

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

  • Physical ability to assist patients with mobility and perform job-related tasks

  • Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and patient dignity

Experience

  • Previous experience in a nursing facility, long-term care, or rehabilitation setting is preferred

  • Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship may be provided

Working Hours

  • Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available
