Responsibilities
- Dealer & Fleet Sales: Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets and partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives (CSRs) to conduct daily sales calls.
- Strategic Planning: Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies.
- Product & Solution Adoption: Drive the training and adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor dealer inventory levels, forecast future needs, and collect competitive intelligence.
- Field Activity: Conduct "Fleet Genba" activities (direct on-site observation) to understand customer operations and recommend solutions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety protocols, customer safety requirements, and proper PPE usage.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of related industry experience; or equivalent work experience
