Compliance Solutions Implementation

In this role, you will directly lead a team of 10-12 Implementation Associates in the Compliance Solution Implementation Team. Your management responsibilities will include managing team-based client assignments, addressing associate needs, performance management, and talent development. You will support the team's performance to ensure demonstrated product expertise and effective client support in a business-to-business environment with a focus on client onboarding. Daily, you will cultivate relationships both internally and externally, and serve as an escalation point for implementation-line specific questions and issues.
