This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home in Bermuda. Key Responsibilities • Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships through written communication. • Efficiently navigate multiple systems and tools to research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns. • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system. • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs). • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to team knowledge base. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery and personal performance.
