Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing systems and be able to work effectively in various settings, including residential, commercial, and construction sites. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
  • Perform pipe threading and ensure proper connections for water supply and drainage.
  • Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with construction teams on remodeling projects to ensure plumbing is integrated correctly.
  • Read blueprints and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
  • Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to installations.
  • Handle heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC, and construction plumbing.
  • Ability to read blueprints accurately and understand technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and tools used in plumbing.
  • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • A valid plumber’s license may be required based on local regulations.
