From punchy social captions to compelling email campaigns and in-app messaging, you'll help fans experience the thrill of Hard Rock Digital in the language and cultural voice that feels most like home.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color: #000000">You'll collaborate closely with the Copy Lead, creative team, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and ensure every word aligns with our brand voice while resonating authentically with U.S. Hispanic sports audiences. Your primary mission will be to support the writing and execution of Spanish-language and bilingual copy across the Sportsbook segment.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">What You'll Do</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Support the Creative Pod:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Support senior creatives on larger campaign initiatives by adapting and extending copy across additional formats, versions, and placements - in both English and Spanish.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Copy Production:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Write and adapt bilingual copy for a variety of channels including social media, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, web, and digital advertising - with a deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic sports culture and audience nuance.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Versioning & Adaptation:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Execute multiple copy variations based on campaign briefs or master messaging, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and authentic cultural resonance across all Spanish-language executions.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Transcreation:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Go beyond direct translation - transcreate English copy into Spanish that feels native, culturally relevant, and emotionally resonant for U.S. Hispanic sports fans rather than just literally translated.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">File Prep & Delivery:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Prepare final copy for handoff, including proper formatting, versioning, and organization for various platforms and internal teams.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Quality Assurance:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Proof and review copy assets for errors, ensuring every word is on-brand, grammatically sound, culturally appropriate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Collaboration:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Work closely with designers, project managers, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and deliver cohesive, compelling creative across both languages.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">Stay Ahead of Trends:</span></strong><span style="color: #000000"> Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Spanish-language digital marketing, U.S. Hispanic sports culture, and the broader iGaming landscape.</span></p></li></ul><br><br><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">What We're Looking For</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000">3+ years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or a related creative discipline.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish is required - with the ability to write with equal confidence, nuance, and creativity in both languages.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">A strong portfolio demonstrating bilingual or Spanish-language copy across digital, social, and CRM channels - with clear attention to cultural authenticity, brand voice, and audience awareness.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Deep understanding of U.S. Hispanic culture and sports fandom - including soccer, NFL, NBA, boxing, and beyond.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Spanish across a range of channels and formats.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Familiarity with AP Style as a baseline, with the flexibility to set it aside. Hard Rock Bet follows its own internal copy style guide, and our house rules take precedence. You should know AP Style well enough to navigate it, but you'll be writing to a brand voice that intentionally breaks some of its conventions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Proficiency with AI-powered writing and content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai) and AI-enhanced editing tools (e.g., Grammarly Business, Hemingway).
