Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of corporate and leadership roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality, diverse talent aligned to business priorities.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing approaches, building strong external talent pipelines, and providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. This role is well-suited for a seasoned recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and prior experience recruiting for corporate and/or retail leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs, align on role requirements, and ensure recruitment strategies support business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse candidates across corporate and leadership roles using techniques such as direct sourcing, networking, market research, and digital recruiting.
  • Evaluate candidate experience, competencies, and motivational fit against role requirements and organizational culture.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion practices into all aspects of the recruitment and selection process.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and influence decision-making through data, market insights, and best practices.
  • Track recruitment activity and outcomes using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, ideally within a corporate or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, including professional, corporate, and/or leadership positions.
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing techniques, selection methodologies, and diversity recruiting practices.
  • Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner with Hiring Managers and HR teams.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
