Creator Outreach Associate Contractor (Spanish Fluency)

<p><strong>About the Role:<br></strong>Twitch is looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Creator Outreach Associate based in the Pacific Time Zone to identify, persuade, and successfully onboard emerging Spanish-speaking talent to the Twitch livestreaming community. This role is focused on helping creators launch successfully on Twitch—setting the foundation so they can build and grow over time.<br><br>You can work remotely within the Pacific Time Zone in the U.S. <strong>This is a fixed-term contract position ending mid-December 2026.</strong><br><br>As the ideal candidate, you are fascinated by Spanish-speaking creator communities and stay on the cutting edge of creator and influencer trends and cultural moments. You know where the next generation of Spanish-speaking live streamers will be found, how to get them to Twitch, and how to get them set up and streaming successfully. You'll be determined, organized, methodical and have a deep personal drive to see new creators succeed on Twitch.</p> <p><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct outreach to Spanish-speaking creators across platforms and communities to spot emerging talent and proactively reach out to creators who could thrive on Twitch.</li> <li>Launch creators on the service by guiding them through their earliest steps on Twitch—making onboarding clear, supportive, and geared toward getting them confidently to their first stream.</li> <li>Initiate confident cold outreach and persuade Spanish-speaking creators to see Twitch as an exciting, meaningful next step in their careers.</li> <li>Stay deeply plugged into Spanish-speaking creator trends, rising influencers, new platforms, and cultural moments that shape where audiences gather.</li> <li>Work with Strategic Partner Managers to troubleshoot challenges, support creator development, and set them up for long-term success on the platform.<br> <div> </div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>You Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluency in Spanish and English (required)</li> <li>Pacific time zone based with working weekday availability from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.</li> <li>Proven interest and knowledge in one of: creator support, lead generation, influencer marketing, or community management</li> <li>A strong understanding of the creator economy and a genuine passion for livestreaming, internet culture, and the evolving needs of Spanish-speaking creators</li> <li>Determination to find creators to bring to Twitch, with a strong understanding of where they create and who is rising.</li> <li>Passion to support and grow emerging creators, with a deep desire to help shape the future of Twitch.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p> <ul> <li>Personal experience as a live streamer or content creator, familiarity with live streaming tools and software.</li> <li>Existing relationships with a wide variety of Spanish-speaking content creators across platforms</li> <li>Intimate knowledge of the latest content trends across Spanish-speaking creator communities and platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)</li> </ul> <p>We encourage applications from all qualified candidates who meet these requirements.</p> <p><strong>Location(s):</strong><em> Remote (Pacific Time Zone)- United States</em></p> <p><strong>Contract End:</strong> Mid-December 2026 </p> <p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Twitch.
