We’ve created 30,000 pieces of custom jewelry and helped 12,000 couples get engaged, but we’re still just getting started reshaping the jewelry industry. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for additional Custom Jewelry Project Managers to join our team of around 30. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Our offering is built on a one-on-one, specialized, and custom design experience and service. As a Custom Jewelry Project Manager you’ll be at the heart of that, working with customers from initial request all the way to a fully designed one of a kind piece. You’ll be the face of our company to the customer, coordinating with our designers, gem experts, and production specialists to help design and create their dream ring. In this role, you’ll be evaluated primarily on your ability to connect with customers, coordinate design and gem selection, and effectively execute the customer’s design vision. Each project you handle will be unique and require creativity, discretion, and independent judgment. Our customers are at the heart of our process and, as a Custom Jewelry Project Manager, you’ll be an integral part of both their success and ours.
