Job Summary

As a Customer Happiness Partner, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional support via chat. Your primary focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, empathetic, and effective assistance. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to a customer-first culture.

Key Responsibilities
