Customer Service Officer - KLCC area (Up to RM4000)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolves customer inquiries/issues accurately via phone / email.
  • Completes accurately the necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions.
  • Responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM / STPM or equivalent certificate holders with at least 5 years of related work experience OR
  • A recognized Diploma with 2 years of related working experience OR
  • Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply as training is provided.
  • Ability to work on a 24/7 shift including weekends and Public Holidays on rotational basis

Additional Info:

  • Earliest shift start at 6am. Latest shift end by 3am (For Senior Officer)
  • 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break + 0.5 hours comfort break
  • 2 days off per week (Most probably to be arrange 2 days continuous but may be split too)
  • Location: Walking Distance from Ampang Park station
  • 1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm) Mandatory attendance
