  • What You Will Do In This Role
  • As a Concentrix Customer Service Representative working from home, you will:
  • ? Reviewing of existing customer accounts to make sure we are caring for all of their needs and caring for the accuracy of their account services and information
  • ? Maintain, acceptable production levels as set by management
  • ? Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
  • ? Standard verification and authentication for customer account ? integrity
  • ? Provide high level of customer service and empathy
