Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate unresolved issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
