In the advisory capacity, this</p><p>credentialed teacher manages a caseload of high school students as their primary academic partner,</p><p>designing personalized four-year graduation plans, monitoring progress, and supporting students and families</p><p>in navigating the CVA HS academy model. In the instructional capacity, this teacher may teach synchronous</p><p>live classes, oversee asynchronous flex courses, or both, maintaining consistent pacing, feedback, and grading</p><p>across their assigned courses.
