Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing NLP and AI models to solve business challenges.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights using statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Preprocess and clean text data for NLP applications such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, chatbots, and recommendation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, business analysts, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
  • Evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Document methodologies, models, and results in a clear and structured manner for team and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and model development.
  • Familiarity with NLP frameworks and libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, Hugging Face Transformers, or Gensim.
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning methods.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts clearly.

Experience

  • Previous internship or project experience in AI, NLP, or Data Science is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience with academic or personal projects involving data modeling, AI, or NLP will be highly valued.
