Job Summary

Deloitte is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Analyst Trainees to join our Human Resources team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about people management, data analytics, and organizational growth. As an HR Analyst Trainee, you will assist in HR operations, talent management, employee engagement, and data-driven decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in HR analytics, recruitment support, and HR process optimization while working with one of the world’s leading professional services firms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, and HR database management.
  • Assist in data collection, validation, and analysis to provide insights into workforce trends and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Support recruitment activities such as candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant records.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and learning & development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR regulations and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute innovative ideas to enhance HR efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, analytics, and metrics.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Experience

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR, data analysis, or administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
  • Internship experience in HR or related functions will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
  • Standard office hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility for project demands and team collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
