With an established understanding of storytelling and customer journeys, you craft creative that strengthens brand connections across every touchpoint - from first impression to loyal fan. Your passion for design and cultural awareness drives you to learn, adapt, and contribute to impactful campaigns as we bring Hard Rock Digital to Canada for the first time.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><span style="color: #000000">You will work at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with the creative team and stakeholders. Your primary mission will be to support the design and execution of high-impact creative for both Sports and Casino markets, that resonates with Canadian audiences across the full marketing funnel.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">What You'll Do</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Support the concepting, design, and execution of creative across the full marketing mix - including brand campaigns, lifecycle programs, promotions, paid social, and personalized experiences tailored for the Canadian market.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Create visually stunning, on-brand assets across a broad range of channels including CRM, email, push notifications, in-app messaging, social, digital advertising, and beyond.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Partner with cross-functional teams - including product, marketing, and analytics -  to align creative output with broader Canadian launch goals and business objectives.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Stay ahead of trends by keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital marketing, with particular attention to the Canadian cultural landscape and iGaming industry.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Maintain a cohesive brand presence across all channels and markets, ensuring  every design you create strictly adheres to Hard Rock Digital’s brand guidelines and the specific regulatory requirements.</span></p></li></ul><br><br><p><strong><span style="color: #000000">What We're Looking For</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #000000">3+ years of experience in marketing or product design, with exposure across multiple channels and campaign types.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">A strong portfolio showcasing innovative creative across a range of formats - brand, digital, social, and CRM - with clear attention to audience and cultural context.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. Experience with Figma is preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #000000">Proficiency with AI-powered design tools, including image generation platforms (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, </span><u><a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="http://leonardo.ai/"><span style="color: #1155CC">Leonardo.AI</span></a></u><span style="color: #000000">).
