Role Overview https://zetaglobal.com/sailthru/ The Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Publishers customers is responsible for driving new enterprise revenue by helping retailers and commerce companies transform customer engagement, increase lifetime value, and unlock first-party data as a strategic asset. This role leads with CRM, CDP, and lifecycle marketing transformation, positioning Publisher accounts as the system of intelligence for customer relationships. From this foundation, the AE extends into retail media and monetization opportunities. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling into retailers and eCommerce organizations, with strong expertise in MarTech and customer data strategy. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth Own full-cycle enterprise sales across net-new retail and commerce accounts Develop and execute account strategies targeting large retailers and omnichannel brands Consistently exceed quota across complex, multi-product deals CRM & Lifecycle-Led Solution Selling (Primary Focus) Lead conversations around: Customer data unification (CDP/CRM) Lifecycle marketing and personalization Customer retention, loyalty, and LTV growth Position Publisher Cloud as the foundation for customer intelligence and engagement orchestration First-Party Data Strategy Help retailers activate first-party data across: Owned channels (email, mobile, web) Paid media and partner ecosystems Drive use cases that improve conversion, retention, and customer experience Retail Media as a Growth Extension Extend CRM/CDP conversations into: Retail media network enablement Audience monetization and partner activation Connect improved customer data to incremental advertising revenue opportunities Executive Engagement & Business Case Development Build relationships with: CMOs and Chief Digital/Commerce Officers Heads of CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Experience Develop ROI-driven business cases tied to: Customer lifetime value (LTV) Retention and repeat purchase rates Media monetization growth Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with Solutions Consulting to validate data and activation use cases Align with Product Marketing on retail and CRM narratives Collaborate with Customer Success to drive expansion across lifecycle and media Required Experience 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in MarTech, CRM, CDP, or AdTech Proven success selling into retailers, eCommerce, or omnichannel brands Deep expertise in CRM/CDP/lifecycle marketing platforms (priority) Working knowledge of retail media and AdTech ecosystems Experience closing complex enterprise deals ($250K–$1M+) Preferred Qualifications Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, or marketing automation Familiarity with retail media networks and commerce data monetization Understanding of identity resolution and privacy-first data strategies What Success Looks Like Drives measurable improvements in customer engagement, retention, and LTV Establishes Publisher Cloud as the core customer data and activation platform Successfully expands into retail media monetization opportunities Becomes a trusted advisor to marketing, CRM, and digital leaders BENEFITS & PERKS Unlimited PTO Excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage Employee Equity Employee Discounts, Virtual Wellness Classes, and Pet Insurance And more!! SALARY RANGE The compensation range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000.00, depending on location and experience.
