We believe that, together, we can create a brighter, more sustainable future while tackling the most pressing challenges of the 21st century. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>  </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span>We are looking for a  </span></span><b><span>Director Installations Innovations </span></b><span>to<span> join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to </span>the </span><b><span>VP, Customer Installations Group</span></b><b><span> </span></b><span><span>and will based in Arkansas</span></span><b><span>.  This is a remote position</span></b><span><span>. </span></span><span> </span></p></div><div><p><span><span> </span> </span></p></div><p><b>Role and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Scope, plan, and execute a wide array of special engineering and construction projects to improve installation safety, efficiency, and quality through construction process innovation, product evolutions, and vertical integration strategies</li><li>Work with external construction and installation partners to improve Installation Quality, Field hour reductions, and on-site project efficiency</li><li>Co-Develop and lead Bloom’s Installer model needs for USC&I installations</li><li>Evaluate and identify requirements and risks of new products to installations, working cross-functionally to ensure requirements are met, install guidelines are updated, and mitigate risks through the course of development</li><li>Implement key strategic business initiatives with partners, monitoring initial progress and then creating a path for self-sustainability</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and vulnerability across the organization, and make actionable recommendations</li><li>Drive closure on issues preventing Installations success, particularly on items that have no natural organizational home</li><li>Mentor Installations employees to develop strategic problem solving, sustainable process development, and executive presentation skills</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Skills and Experience:</b></p><ul><li>15+ years of experience in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities, including at least 10+ years of technical or construction project management experience</li><li>Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams through influence rather than authority</li><li>Excellent executive communicator and presenter, able to distill multi-faceted issues into concise key messages</li><li>Proven track record of motivating and inspiring cross-functional teams to come together and develop creative solutions to challenging issues</li><li>Ability to break down complex problems into root causes and provide meaningful, actionable solutions</li><li>Command of Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel; advanced experience is strongly preferred</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About Bloom Energy:</b></p><p></p><div><p><span><span>Bloom Energy is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
