Director Network Account Management - Remote

<div>The Director Network Account Management will oversee the Network Account Management team and be a key contributor to the execution of the Network strategies for our Health Plan partners, inclusive of UHC.<br/><br/>This role leads a Network Account Management team and helps execute pharmacy network strategy for health plan partners (including UHC), driving improvements across people, process, and technology. The Director will serve as a thought partner to clients, account management and senior leadership, translating complex market dynamics into scalable strategies, tools, and frameworks that materially influence network configurations and drive value. He or she will be accountable for evolving and executing the network strategy and roadmap to achieve the transformation agenda.<br/><br/>This leader will set a vision for a geographically dispersed team including a few direct reports, focused on the key business goals, long term strategies and talent development. The team supports health plan network work by assisting with new client implementations and network transitions. It coordinates resolution of network-related issues by identifying and engaging the right subject matter experts, and it responds directly to external client network questions when needed. The role also documents client-specific network information and maintains regular communication with Client Account Management teams to support ongoing network conversations (including Retail Network Alliance/Lease).<br/><br/>You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment.
