Director of HR and Administration

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">*This is a remote position, with an Eastern Time Zone preference. </span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Title21 Health Solutions is a leading provider of innovative healthcare IT solutions, dedicated to improving patient care and streamlining operations for healthcare organizations worldwide. We are seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources and Administration to lead the human resources and administrative function across domestic and international operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, knowledge of global HR practices, and experience managing employment matters both inside and outside of the U.S. The position will also oversee key administrative services and operations.  This role is an individual contributor and will sit on the executive leadership team for Title21</span>. </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with organizational goals.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and manage all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with our PEO provider to manage and execute payroll and benefits administration.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage 401k administration including all reporting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices in all operating countries.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee international HR operations, including visa coordination (if needed), and cross-border employment matters.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>International HR Management</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate HR policies and procedures across multiple countries and regions.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with regional leaders to support international workforce needs and ensure alignment with local legal requirements and cultural considerations.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage relationships with international payroll providers, legal advisors, and HR consultants.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support international expansion efforts, including workforce setup, compliance, and talent acquisition.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Administration and Operations</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee administrative operations, facilities management, vendor relationships, and office services.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage corporate insurance renewals, licenses, and administrative contracts.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate company events, internal communications, and employee programs.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop operational processes and administrative controls that improve efficiency and scalability.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee travel policies and office budgeting where applicable.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure confidentiality and security of personnel and company records.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead business continuity and workplace safety initiatives.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
