Disney Animation Internship – Production Assistant

Job Summary

Walt Disney Animation Studios is offering a 12-week paid summer internship designed to provide an in-depth view of our filmmaking process. Interns will hone their craft through individual mentorship, studio meet & greets, and hands-on experience across various stages of production. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production.
  • Attend and help set up internal studio meetings and meetings with our productions.
  • Distribute and track Below the Line contracts.
  • Read any and all available scripts.
  • Work on various Research and Development projects, including crafting set lists, tracking crew availability per project, script comparisons, pulling images, acquiring location packages from film commissions, etc. Disney Careers

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
