<p><strong>“We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for our Communities.”</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview of the Position Responsibilities: </strong>We are seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed professional to own and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce buyflow<strong> </strong>across web and mobile —from product discovery through checkout and post-purchase engagement. This role is responsible for improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and delivering a seamless, high-performing purchase experience that supports revenue objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Be part of our innovation- building and delivering a fiber-rich internet connection to people’s doorsteps.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and optimize all steps of the customer purchase journey including product detail pages, shopping cart, checkout, payments, and order confirmation.</li><li>Identify and prioritize friction points across the buyflow using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve conversion, usability, speed, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive conversion lift and improve the overall user experience.</li><li>Ensure the buyflow is mobile-optimized and adheres to accessibility and usability standards.</li><li>Coordinate closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute digital sprints, releases, feature implementations, website enhancements and issue resolution.</li><li>Build the detailed ecommerce requirements and work with ecommerce vendors to implement</li><li>Provide recommendation on digital offers, content, site improvements to increase over ecommerce acquisition and retention goals.</li><li>Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and regression testing process for all website updates, including functionality, design, and content accuracy</li><li>Produce detailed user flow analytics reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website heatmaps and behavior analytics including traffic, conversion, and user behavior data</li><li>Generate and socialize actionable insights and recommendations for improving the website and ecommerce UX based on analytics data</li><li>Serve as the buy flow subject matter expert for project planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.</li><li>Coordinate with marketing to ensure promotions, pricing, and messaging integrate cleanly and accurately into the purchase journey.</li><li>Partner with payment providers and internal engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and fast transactions.</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improving post-purchase engagement and self-service capabilities, driving both customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
