CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking Early Career Civil Engineers to join our growing Civil Engineering teams. In this role, you'll work alongside Professional Engineers and multidisciplinary teams to support the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects across a variety of markets-while gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation for your career.

What You'll Do:

* Collaborate with project teams on civil engineering design development and implementation
* Perform technical analysis and support diverse systems, new designs, and updates to existing schemes
* Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, supporting client, contract, and company requirements
* Help identify timely, cost-effective solutions that meet project goals and community needs
* Support technology-enhanced planning and design services across public, private, and institutional projects

What You Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
* Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
* No prior engineering experience required; internships or cooperative learning through civil/site design, transportation design, construction, surveying, material testing, or other related field of civil engineering preferred
* Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, or other drafting/modeling software preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
* A collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and passion for improving the world through great work

Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
