10-4 Logistics USA is recruiting full-time W2 Entry Level CDL A Truck Drivers for OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I-35. This entry-level role is designed for recent CDL graduates as well as drivers with limited experience; a paid training program and mentor support are provided for qualified candidates. Drivers operate assigned late-model tractors and receive comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

  • Employment type: Full-time W2
  • Equipment: Assigned 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
  • Typical freight: No-touch dry van; approximately 70% drop-and-hook for major customers across the Eastern U.S.

Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company policies
  • Transport no‑touch dry van freight, executing scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate ELD records, trip reports, and DVIRs
  • Perform and document daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with dispatch, customers, and team members

Minimum requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Recent CDL school graduates with at least 120 hours of training qualify for the paid training program; experienced drivers also encouraged to apply
  • Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety orientation
  • Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug screen
