They will provide mentorship to ensure the success of their application team and oversee the quality of work product for their application and others. They will oversee multiple projects on multiple clients, consult on and build solutions that consider upstream, downstream, and enterprise effects of changes made within the system, and interact regularly with leaders at their assigned clients. They will contribute to engagement strategy and are accountable to the success of their assigned engagements.  Travel requirements are up to 25% annually.</h2><p></p><p><b><i>Responsibilities:</i></b></p><ul><li>Provide best-in-class project management, oversight, build, and customer service for end users and stakeholders of the EHR system.</li><li>Manage multiple project workstreams across multiple clients (time slicing).</li><li>Develop, mentor, train and oversee a team of analysts ranging from entry level to senior to provide best-in-class project outcomes at multiple clients.</li><li>Manage scope, work product, and time billed for resources assigned to your teams and projects.</li><li>Develop and grow teams of entry level analysts to skilled technical project builders over a period of 3-5 years.</li><li>Develop training curricula and materials to support the development of entry level analysts.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement in the engagement offering and additional value to the client (speed, quality, cost).</li><li>Stay attuned to new features, functionalities, and strategic direction in the EHR related to their domain of expertise.  </li><li>Translate complex requirements from stakeholders into workflows and build and document decisions for future reference.</li><li>Assess criticality of requests against the current system functionality, maintenance implications, and value of the build for stakeholders.</li><li>Perform design, build, and testing for application functions with minimal errors.</li><li>Drive data analysis and reporting to support clinical and administrative <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">decision-making. </span></li><li>Increase firm presence through social media, community involvement, and professional associations.</li><li>As needed, assist in scoping proposals using technical expertise.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><b><span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Qualifications: </span></b></i></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare informatics, computer science, or a related field. </li><li>Certification in their EHR of expertise (For Epic roles, certification required).</li><li>Expert understanding of EHR systems, implementations, support methodologies, integrations, and third party applications related to their scope of expertise</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum (5) years of technical application build and migration experience</li><li>3+ years of experience leading teams or projects</li></ul><ul><li>Strong technical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools</li></ul><ul><li>Experience and excitement around mentoring and training team members</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication skills as an internal leader and mentor and as a client facing consultant.</li></ul><p></p><p><i><b>Preferred Skills:</b></i> </p><ul><li>Multiple Certifications in their EHR of expertise</li><li>PMP professional certifications</li><li>Artificial Intelligence tools experience</li><li>Advanced Excel Skills</li><li>Experience collaborating with directors and executives</li></ul><p></p><p><b><i>Additional Information:</i></b></p><ul><li>Ability to travel up to 25%, as needed.</li><li>Work schedule is typically M-F.</li></ul><p></p><p>At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.</p><p></p><p>For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
