Event Marketer

Job Overview:

Infinity Replacement is Marvin’s direct-to-consumer solution for homeowners who want premium windows and doors without the hassle. We bring Marvin’s 100+ year legacy of craftsmanship straight to customers through high-quality products, professional installation, and personalized in‑home consultations.

We’re looking for Brand Ambassadors who enjoy engaging with people face to face and have a natural ability to spark interest through conversation. This role is focused on starting conversations and scheduling in‑home consultations—not closing sales.

Is This You?
You’re approachable, confident, and comfortable talking with new people in person. You know how to make a strong first impression, ask good questions, and represent a premium brand professionally. You’re goal‑oriented, dependable, and motivated by results—but you don’t need to be pushy or salesy to succeed.

Whether you come from retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or are exploring a career path in sales and marketing, this role offers flexibility, strong earning potential, and room to grow.

Highlights of your role:
  • Engage in person with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
  • Introduce customers to Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a friendly, professional way
  • Identify interest and generate qualified leads by scheduling in‑home consultations
  • Accurately record customer information and appointment details
  • Set up, maintain, and manage branded displays
  • Represent a nationally recognized premium brand with confidence and integrity

This role does not involve cold calling, telemarketing, or closing sales.

What’s In It for You

  • Strong Pay with Real Earning Power
    • Guaranteed $20/hour
    • Weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment generated — no cap
    • Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour
    • Many earn $1,000+ per week, even working part time
  • Flexible Schedule
    • Choose shifts that fit your life, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
    • Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week
  • Training, Support, and Growth
    • Paid training and ongoing coaching
    • Clear expectations and messaging
    • Opportunities to advance into sales, leadership, or remain in a high‑earning flexible role
    • Toll reimbursement and the pride of representing a premium, trusted brand
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Reliable transportation (travel to retail locations and events required)
  • A smartphone
  • Comfort standing and moving throughout your shift
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (display setup)
  • Confidence handling rejection—you understand every “no” gets you closer to a “yes”
  • A genuine interest in people and strong, face‑to‑face communication

No prior sales experience required—just reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
