Your mission is to turn executive-level outreach into a well-oiled machine. You will handle the logistics, preparation, and follow-up that allow our executive leadership to focus on closing Tier 1 deals. This is a premier learning opportunity for someone who wants to see exactly how high-level publisher deals are won.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare concise briefing materials for the EVP ahead of all external calls.</li> <li>Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders.</li> <li>Manage and execute post-meeting communications, ensuring no deal stalls due to administrative friction.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure pitch decks and collateral are tailored for named accounts.</li> <li>Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking the movement of executive-led deals through the pipeline.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years experience  in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role.</li> <li>1+ year in CRM management- Hubspot preferred </li> <li>You are a "finisher."
